Evaluating Your Property

Qualifying Tenant Candidate

We perform a background check on each candidate and gather data on their income, previous rental history, current credit scores. We then create a spread list of the best candidates and bring it to your attention or take the initiative and act on your behalf and continue covering your best interest.

Long Term Rentals

Long Term offers are tenant contracts that at least covers six months and can go up to 1 year or more. In most cases, the criteria that have to be met can be listed as - Collecting 1 or 2 months upfront deposit (value of monthly rent) as well as 1st-month rent from the tenant. - There is no service charge, and we collect our fee from the tenant.

Short Term Rentals

Following the initial evaluation, we may advise utilizing your property for a short term rental. We offer services to furnish your apartment, and work with 3rd party companies (Airbnb, rentals.com, booking.com and more) to maximize daily profit on the rental.

Maintenance & Utility Management

We make necessary connections to utilility companies and government agencies to make sure your property is ready to be delivered to the tenant and constantly follow up with apartment management or construction company to foresee any required maintenance or upgrade.

Once you decide to work with us, we dedicate an Account Manager for you so we can create an on-going and successful communication with you from day one. Your account manager makes sure the information between you, tenant, and the company is exchanged delicately and transparently regularly. We also provide monthly reports and ROI evaluations so you can keep track of your investments even when you are far away.
